1. User Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use BlockParty Games and to redeem age-gated rewards at participating venues. Parents or guardians may supervise minors, but vendors retain the right to refuse service or rewards to any user who does not meet venue-specific age or legal requirements.

2. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, code, designs, trademarks, and game materials belong exclusively to BlockParty Games. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user or vendor account that abuses, exploits, or otherwise misuses the platform. This includes fraudulent coupon redemption, botting, harassment, or attempts to circumvent game mechanics.

4. Coupon Redemption

Coupons and rewards are issued by independent vendors. BlockParty Games facilitates distribution but is not responsible for vendor fulfillment. Vendors may set their own redemption terms, exclusions, and expiration dates.

5. Limitation of Liability

BlockParty Games is not liable for disputes between players and vendors, lost revenue from misconfigured vendor offers, or venue-specific service issues. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
